Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over $80 Australia wide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Whilst I aim at shipping all orders within 3-5 working days, I cannot always guarantee this as all items are handmade to order and since I pride myself in producing products of the highest order this process cannot be rushed. Therefore, if I have stock your product will ship in 3-5 days, otherwise an additional 2-3 days on top of that should be anticipated for any orders for items not currently in stock.

If you require an urgent shipment, please contact me directly at greatserendipity2022@gmail.com so I can intervene and change your postage method to express.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are accepted in the rare circumstance that a product is faulty. Exchanges or store credit are available to customers as long as items are not damaged, or used and are in original packaging.

I will allow a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. I don’t  however accept refunds for change of mind.

I pack all products for shipping with the same care as if I am sending it to myself so I don’t anticipate any shipping damage to occur, however should you experience any damage to your product upon receipt, I will gladly replace it if you pay for the postage to send it back. 

Since all shipping is done through a third party, I can unfortunately not take responsibility for the goods once it leaves my premises. I will however provide a tracking number with every order and will help you with tracking a lost parcel should this occur. I therefore encourage you to track your order via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation order. 

As I am a wife and also a mother of children, dogs, chickens and ducks, I try and maintain a healthy work/life balance and so unfortunately do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
